Plumber!

The plumber dude came in this week on Thursday and Friday. He did the following:

1. replaced/fixed the outside front tap.
2. installed the two faucets in the master bath
3. installed the new kitchen faucet
4. installed shut off valves in the kitchen and in the girls bathroom.

Now all we really need to do is:

1. Paint the cabinets in both bathrooms and Laundry room
2. Seal the grout on the floors in the kitchen and master bath
3. Redo Mary's border in her bedroom (Mary has peeled it all off near her bed.)
4. Paint and install baseboards and crown
5. Touch up paint all over.
6. Paint the eaves and front door

It's short list and we can get it done!
